hi gang how about a gardening question today?someone today gave us a strawberry tree....about 12 in high.......looked up in our only gardening book........a tree bearing strawberry like friuts in autumn.........so how about it anyone know any more for us.....luv..mojo

Hi Mojo,


Arbutus Unedo, = Strawberry Tree. Not sure about the spelling but its close, The translation is You eat only one, as though they are edible, the are unpleasant enough to discourage a second eating!!!!!!! I used to have one and look forward to getting another some time. Lovely looking tree/bush. Enjoy it.
