| hi gang how about a gardening question today?someone today gave us a strawberry tree....about 12 in high.......looked up in our only gardening book........a tree bearing strawberry like friuts in autumn.........so how about it anyone know any more for us.....luv..mojo |

Hi Mojo,
Arbutus Unedo, = Strawberry Tree. Not sure about the spelling but its close, The translation is You eat only one, as though they are edible, the are unpleasant enough to discourage a second eating!!!!!!! I used to have one and look forward to getting another some time. Lovely looking tree/bush. Enjoy it.
