i got another turkey ,and the other turkeys don't want to be friends with santa ,i think it's because he is lame on one foot i think he has bumble foot ,i've used purple spray on it ,is there anything else i can use to help so he can move out of the goatshed and jion the gang again ,

thanks deb ,i think i'll leave it a couple of days till i can really see where it is ,he's really unhappy by himself ,so you know you said what an earth would my motherthink having a chicken living in the frontroom (in a cage ) ,beep has moved in with santa to keep him company ,he's a lot happier ,
but beep is going to think she's a turkey now ,hows your rain

One of our turkeys last year had a limp. but he never fully recovered. I used to hand feed him and became very attached
I was very upset when it was time for him to go. Hope yours
gets better I think the best you can do is bathe the foot with some antiseptic or salt water and hope for the best. good luck BB. |

thanks everybody that was what i used to do when the children used to rescue the dumped domestic ducks from the pond in portsmouth ,
coward you wait till you met her ,i'll have to bring her over that way she will not think that i have to many chickens ducks ect ,(not really )
