| Made some lemon curd tonight as Kirsty was going to BUY SOME to flavour cream for her gateau for the show!!!!!!!! Thought the recipe deserved a bump! Yum! |

| What a weird coincendance.......Today I bought some lemons to make some Lemon Curd...go to page 1 to get the recipe and look at the date.....exactly 3 years to the day the it was first posted !!! |

| I used 3 very large lemons and 6 eggs 6 oz butter and 1 lb sugar this made a 1lb jar 1 lge baby food jar and 4 small ones if thats any help , I only give away small jars lol |

| fingers crossed you will be able to eat whatever you want, one day My lot are complaining they only got small jars lol bet Laura gets to love it but I suppose it is quite an adult taste |
