Made some lemon curd tonight as Kirsty was going to BUY SOME to flavour cream for her gateau for the show!!!!!!!! Thought the recipe deserved a bump! Yum!

What a weird coincendance.......Today I bought some lemons to make some Lemon Curd...go to page 1 to get the recipe and look at the date.....exactly 3 years to the day the it was first posted !!!

I used 3 very large lemons and 6 eggs 6 oz butter and 1 lb sugar this made a 1lb jar 1 lge baby food jar and 4 small ones if thats any help , I only give away small jars lol

fingers crossed you will be able to eat whatever you want, one day My lot are complaining they only got small jars lol bet Laura gets to love it but I suppose it is quite an adult taste
