I'd love to but with it being that far I doubt I'll be able to make it. 200 miles and 4hrs according to multimap directions Sad Perhaps if it is in the winter Smile Rolling Eyes Wink

Lads, I'm coming from Dublin and have to get a ferry from here or from Rosslare....I can pick up someone on my way from either Holyhead or Pembroke - entirely depends on who is where, and the car will seat 6, so let me know if there's anyone en route. Those cabins advertised on the site look nice, we could club together and rent one....just a few thoughts. Don't let the distance put you off, it would be lovely to meet some of you!

When will it be? Would love to come if I can - got a son's 40th birthday the end of July, a Granddaughters 18th birthday the end of August and a son's wedding the end of September - it's going to be a hectic year next year. Must get my hatchings in early Laughing .

Depends when it is... May would be the only time I'd be able to do it, as I will be south anyway with the car to collect some hatching eggs.

Otherwise it's a bit too far and expensive for me to just pop down to. Much as I'd like to!

As an inducement, I'd be able to bring some hatching eggs down with me...

2006 was in the middle of June & the weather was glorious!
Last year we had it at the end of May Bank holiday weekend, hoping to stay a couple of days but the weather was so awful we only stayed 1 night (camping).

Anyone have ideas for a date? (Apart from Attila's May suggestion?)
Perhaps end of May Bank holiday again & hope the weather will behave itself this time? Cool Laughing
