Just to let you know that we havn't had an egg for ages so have had to buy some.
Is it ok to leave them in run when I am out and let them run around garden when I'm in because I think they get confused and don't know what time of day is what as my hours are erratic. Do they need a proper routine to lay?
I know I sound stupid but it's a pain after having eggs and now they've stopped.
I have been handling them but Kiwi is very nervous and won't go anywhere near Hetty, so that probably doesn't help in the run. |

| Do you think it could be a case of egg eating? |

I don't think so. There is no evidence of shell anywhere. Have also checked around to see if they are laying under bushes etc but no luck. |

Mine will leave NO evidence behind. The only way I catch them at it, is to see/hear a flurry of activity for about 5 seconds and all is gone. |

Aah! I shall be more vigilant, I wouldn't put it past Hetty.
Thanks Deb |
