It's coming to the end of day 19 and there was no sign of the eggs coming and then just today when I opened the incubator I heard Lot's of chirping and some of the eggs were moving around in there slots a bit!!!It's my first hatch from the incubator so I'm so excited!!! blob1 Very Happy occasion9 occasion5 wav thumbup

Sorry about all the emoticans!!I'm just really excited!!I hope most of them hatch!!Did you ever hear the saying ;the higher you climb the further you fall..??well i hope thats not the case!!!

Ok Theres 1 Araucana hatched!!!and 10 more pipping!!!It's still only half way through day 20!!

It's so funny just watching them when they're first out!!

yep!!now theres 7!!5 araucanas,1 english game and 1 indian game!!!woohoo!!!all the rest are pipping except 2!!

yeah!!it's only just gone into the start of day21!!(even though it's night!!'cos I put them in at 9 o'clock in the night soo...)keep yee updated!!maybe pictures tomorow!!

Well done chickens rock your sox! Bet you're delighted with your new chicks. Have just hatched our last batch of eggs for 2008 as well - some lovely sturdy Orpingtons.

Now to start planning new breeding pens for 2009...
