| Newly hatched it looks like a RIR x LS male. This would be a sex linked cross with the girls hatching buff/brown. Photo 21 has a little ginger job who'd I'd guess was a female from the cross. As I cull straight away, I've no idea how they grow up. Of course, if the LS was the cock, it's anybody's guess as the sex link doesn't work that way around. |

Photo 21 is the chick with my silkies The ginger one is feathering up as a partridge silkie.
I had a feeling this chick might be male, but I really hope not!! |
