hi all
noticed most of my birds eating feathers, is this normal or are they lacking something in their diet  |

Think they all eat the odd feather now and then - at least mine seem to.
If it's more than that it may be they are lacking in some vitamins and/or minerals.
Just make sure they are having a good balanced diet with lots of goodies like natural yogurt & ACV. |

Ive been giving them natural yogurt mixed with corn once a week, plus veg layers pellets and a bit of corn each once a day, also they eat a lot of grass and insects if they catch any |

| I have watched mine eat the odd feather in the past, not sure why they do it, i think they just mistake them for something edible. Still if they are fed a complete,correct and balanced diet then i don't think its anything to worry about. |
