|
|
Hi All!
new to the forum and hoping for some advice. Im looking to get 3 Warrens or similar and want to allocate part of my garden shed as a house/ nest box area. They will have access from the shed via a pop hole into a large run that previously housed two runner ducks (fox got them )
How big does this internal housing area need to be for simply nesting and roosting for 3 hens?
Many thanks |

| 1 square foot per bird inside 1 square yard per bird outside is MINIMUM space recommended |

| Thanks mojo, so you would be reasonably happy if it was 3 foot x 2.5ft and approx 3 ft high? with seperate nest box |
