Daisy looked a bit off yesterday morning, but nothing you could put your finger on
last night she was really bad, struggling to breathe, mouth open and frothing at the mouth
the vet didn't really want to come out, but did in the end
she has severe pneumonia and is touch and go Sad

She lambed twins 2 weeks ago and her milk has started to dry up so today I have been trying to get a 2 week old lamb on a bottle - the other one has been having top-up bottles because one of the other lambs has been pinching daisy's milk

well she's still alive and has stopped frothing at the mouth
She didn't come for her tea tonight though so I've been hand feeding her really small amounts
she's only 5, so not old, and is half sister to trudiewoo
going to try the lamb on another bottle about 10pm

Well we've swopped antibiotics today and added high doses of anti-inflamatories
fingers crossed but Daisy seems to have finally made a decentish improvement.
she's moved out of the spot that she seemed to be glued to and is now on the other side of the field, she's grazing better and still drinking loads, she still has an udder and some milk which is amazing
I'm sure the hot weather we've had hasn't helped her
