Its not unusual if they're a day or two late if the temperature is a little lower than it should be.
Make sure the humidity is correct, and if you see no sign of pipping tomorrow, quickly spray the eggs with fine warm water. Don't leave the lid off too long though.
Did you top up the water in the bator on day 18? |

Well done! Fingers crossed you'll get a good hatch. Don't worry if hatch is a bit late, Once one starts they all catch up and hatch around the same time.
What breed are you hatching? |

| Set on the 8th, due to hatch on the 29th. Scrub the bit about due to pip, I've known them do the whole performance in 24 hours & hatch a day or so either side of day 21 |

..& Mojo always recommends waiting until day 25.
If there's a hole already it should hatch out today. |

not good, it hasnt made any effort since cracking the shell this morning...... Worse, I've just taken possession of a digital hygrometer and to my total shock, it says the humidity is at 93% Thats with 7 eggs in the inc and only the two trays half filled with water (the two trays should be full according to the destructions..... the chick is peeping though but I have to confess to opening the crack slightly to make a hole so it can breathe properly sorry NannyP |
