Wow george, they really do look different, although some similar feathering of course. Isn't it amazing Very Happy
Your real tufty is incredibly so, I didn't realise they could have such a full boufant!! Bit like a Poland in some respects.

Apart from the chick that died this year - we haven't had a chick with a real head of feathers since our first hatch 3 years ago - I wonder if this is the daughter of Snowball, our one remaining fully afro hen? Mind you - the chick that died wasn't Snowball's. Who knows? The 'mini' tufts are more usual, either that or smooth heads - the mini tufts are called tappit hens here and the ones people tend to want.

It is very like a poland, wonder how the poor girl manages to see anything at all Crying or Very sad

I'll try and get a better picture of her, as it is quite something Razz

They are gorgeous, but the top hen is my fave Very Happy . My poland hen Seni can hardly see bless her, but she makes such an effort to. Real funny when the gunieas make their cries and she runs for cover and lies as still as she can. She keeps runnnig into thnigs though bless. We cut her crest bak sumtimes, but Im hopnig to show her in september, so ive got to leave it until after now
