it really does depend on whether I've been out with the guys for a drink or in with a mate, normally around 1 though. but working days 8-11 depending where I'm working. I have to be up early for work and college. |

| 10ish for us. Up at 7.30 (although have had a spate of sleepless nights, so the getting up has been getting more of a struggle!) |

| OH is beginning to go to bed at 9.30 and I really miss him. I'm cross-stitching at the moment and tend to do that in the evenings, so I struggle up the stairs, bring little son for a pee then into bed for 10.30, read for an hour and then to sleep. The kids get up at 7.10 every day (including weekends) so the routine is pretty much set. Had a lie-in until 1pm yesterday though! |

| I sooo love my bed - especially in the winter. Tend to be tucked up by 10... Getting up in the morning when it's dark is crap too... |

depends what i'm working. Tonight i'm up late, was in work for 9am, having got up at 7-30am for 40 minutes travel to work. Didn't finish til 8-30pm, should have been off at 7pm but off tomorrow
If i'm in at 7am i'll be in bed at 10pm.
Body clock shot because I could be in work at 7am,9am, 12 midday, 2pm 3pm 5pm or 6pm!!!!!!!!!!!
If i'm in 'work at 6pm then i'll be in bed til 10am having finished at 3am(hopefully then home for 4am-ish). Can't sleep any later
No wonder i've aged |

| Usually about 11.00pm - I like to wait for the OH to finish reading so I can turn the light off and go straight to sleep and up most mornings at about 6.00 - puppies usually stirring wanting to go out!! |
