is it time for roast dinner?

He tried his first crow this morning, the others looked suitably unimpressed as he nearly fell off the bench trying, it was more of a "Cough oodle" bless him

I should have had the camera Wink

Awww, bless! I love it when they are so new to the crowing thing and get so 'energetic' about it.

Little Rich actually did fall off the perch he was on once. He gave that crow his all! Then ran away in shame for embarrassing himself in front of all the 'ladies'. Wink I had tears flowing from laughing so hard.

The cat is our tiniest, nervous thing, and only 14 inches long Laughing

Here is poor Muppet, pining for Knobby who's making her wait til he comes back from Greece Sad

Pingu who for some reason has been sporting a Mohican

and Thunderbolt balancing precariously on the curved back of a rocking chair

and our as yet, unamed Shetland Cockerel, waiting for freedom

Pingu is a very breath taking looking bird. Wow.

Muppet is so cute!

I had to giggle about Thunderbolt...your description confirmed the look on his face.

What are you going to do with the un-named one? Name and keep or not name and rehome?

Unnamed cockerel will probably be kept, but still not sure, so no name, as may be eaten Sad

Clean legs, as the grass has been wet almost all day, so he's had them washed Very Happy

Pingu is becoming rather a sweety, so pleased that Knobby didn't decide on her Very Happy
