hi folks just a quickie as the temp is in high 30s over here breeders suffering lots of losses due to heat we have heard they are now hanging WET old towels in coops as a way of lower temps........if it gets really hot a trick to remember regards to everyone mojo

Now that sounds like a good idea, though I was thinking of just turning on my watering system as that should cool the air a bit

my garden termometer is recording 36° with an indoor temp of 26°

Crying or Very sad


Can I borrow your swimming pool please???

Its boiling in wales today about 30C outside. We are however expecting severe storms soon, so that should be really fun Rolling Eyes

Sorry for all those feeling the heat, and for those not getting enough Wink
The weather here was hot (don't know what temp, i was at work) but is freshening up and cloudy, storms brewing and apparently gonna head East. Hope you all have a more comfortable day tomorrow and nice to see you Mojo Cool Wink

my daughter tells me that the temperatures in the UK are making the headlines in Egypt ~ we must be hot !!!

wonderful, just had a severe weather warning come through from the met office

"Torrential downpours of the order of 60mm in a 3 hour period are possible with total accumulations reaching 100mm or more locally. Such rainfall totals could lead to significant flash flooding, particularly in areas prone to rapid runoff."

Guess who's on call tonight and over the weekend..............
