I'm not sure, the welsummers both looked much the same for a long time it was only from about week 8 that the cockeral started changing more, (the comb got much redder )
No idea if JG's are likely to develop like that though
Are they facing up to each other at all?
One thing I have noticed even in chicks 2 weeks old is the coq's start play fighting |

| one of the blacks and the splash does but the blue is much quieter. will try and take some decent photos over the weekend and we'll see if we can decide once and for all. |
