i thought i'd ask somebody sensible like you lot
you probably know that i often do goat demonstrations ,
well i think it's time for a new angle
the goats are really good with the children and they can stroke them and make a fuss of them
i'm still after a goat cart ,so expensive it'll probably have to wait a bit
but i wondered seeing as i want to make it as interesting as possible for children and some adults i was wondering would a milkmaid costume ,make it more authentic ,you know the sort of thing mop cap ect
or is it slightly strange ,anybody got any links so i have an idea on what i need
and i'm not wearing the corset |

| One of my colleagues at work used to have a summer job at a heritage farm and had to dress up as a Swedish goose herd. The kids loved it, she didn't... |

I think it's a good idea, it will attract more interest and get people - especially children talking and asking you questions.

| I too think it is a good idea, when I was working as a teaching assistant we were always going on visits to a Viking village and putting on fancydress also we travelled from Harrogate to York on a train in Victorian Costume for a day at Castle Museum the children loved it at makes it more real ! Go for it ! |
