Please remeber to take a camera - especially to take a pic of Nigel's face when he realises what is going on - and yours when he realises we were all in on it! Wink

I can just imagine the conversations - 'Nigel we're about to have new additions to the farm - and the kids are coming soon!'

'Mum, Dad, we've got kids - a boy and a girl!'

Laughing Laughing

thats worse than the conversation I had with my dad - none of us ever tell him anything cos he only moans
I'd had them 4 months when we had this conversation and he'd eavesdropped on my mum and sister

dad NO ONE TELLS ME ANYTHING!! whats this about goats
me well I might have a couple
dad they'd better not be having babies
me too late the first one was born 2 days ago
dad there'd better not be any more
me ummm, the other one's due any day

he's seen them now and thinks they are great, or at least preferable to horses Shocked [/i]

Still getting that sorted at the moment. Hopefully before next weekend, as I return to work then!

Not sure yet, they've been with the billy this summer, other than that we're not too sure.

my kids are about ready to go now ,the lad will stay a while ,i've got one goat left and as i wouldn't sell one goat to anyone that that doesn't already have one ,i'm a bit tempted to keep her ,but don't tell anyone Wink
if you are getting stuff from ascott for your cheese making ,can i recomend a piece of kit that is really really useful it's a rope halter ,they go in the washing machine ,and give much more control than a collar ,they are cheep Very Happy

I'll keep that in mind, previously when Nigel had talked about goats he'd talked about collars with bells.
